Advanced Boot Camp-  Great for those who already workout 4+ times a week and are comfortable working up a sweat, but want a new challenge.

-Intermediate Boot Camp- Great for those who currently workout 2-4 times a week and want to accelerate their progress.

-Beginner Boot Camp- Great for those who are adding exercise into their routine. You will get an extra rest day and the exercises are simplified and can all be done with body weight.

Sign up for the level you think will work best for you. We can always help you modify if needed, or move you into a different level after a few days if you would like! A set of dumb bells is encouraged for advanced and intermediate levels.


**P. S.  This Boot Camp relies heavily on email communication. You will get an email upon purchase followed by daily emails throughout the Boot Camp that will clearly guide you every step of the way. Be sure to add us to your contact list so these emails don’t get lost in SPAM. And you may need to check your ‘Promotions’ folder for our daily email depending on your provider.
